usually Between December and February Share Rooms or Separate Rooms. A
Share Room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Minimum stay is 4 weeks
however 14 day stays may be considered/. Prices include internet and all
bills. The houses are 4/5 bedroom.
You can have your own room if you want to you don’t have
to share a room, separate rooms different rates. Longer term leases are
at lower rates. Single and Double Rooms.
All Rooms are Fully furnished Internet provided every room
has a fridge, TV, Ducted heating, Air-conditioning, mattresses, sheets,
crockery & cutlery. In common areas microwave, stove, cooking
facilities washing machine. Across the road is a Supermarket, Chemist and
3 takeaway food shops.
The accommodation is in Heidelberg area near Bundoora
Melbourne Victoria Australia. Bus stops at the front of the house 550 and
551 stop ID 108. Bus numbers and stops within 300 meters 246, 250, 340,
350, stop. Close to a number of Universities in Melbourne closest (short
walk 10 min) being LaTrobe University Waterdale rd. Austin hospital is
approximately 2.5 km, bus service and trains close by. In bus zone 1. The
closet Train stations are Heidelberg, Rosanna & Macleod approximately
2.5 kilometres from the properties. Tram 86 stop 60 is approximately
