Security

There are sensor lights at the front and rear of the properties which automatically switch on should anybody approach the house in the dark. Front door has a peep hole eye viewer so you can see if you want to let the person knocking, in.

Each room has a separate key lock. The keys to all the properties are set up on a special security key locking system and keys that cannot be copied.

Each Room has a Fire Smoke Alarm and there is emergency Lighting in the common area. No Portable Heaters allowed in any of the properties to avoid fire risk. There is Ducted central Heating & Airconditioning.
