Buses, Trains and Trams are Zone 1 and within close proximity providing convenient transport within the area and to the Central Business District of Melbourne.

You can BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE. 6 months in advance is accepted and recommended in order to secure your Preferred Accommodation.

A cleaner, A Gardiner and a Maintenance person ensure the houses are clean safe and well maintained.

Process for moving in Booking a Room;

When booking a room a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent needs to be paid to book the room.

Ideally 7 days prior to moving in / minimum 2 days prior to moving in one month’s rent and a bond equivalent of 2/4 weeks rent needs to be paid.

A Lease agreement is signed prior to moving in. Leases ending dates are usually 18^th July or 18^th February.

Fully Furnished Rooms and Living Areas, Short, Medium or long term accommodation available at various times of the year and usually Between December and February Share Rooms or Separate Rooms. A Share Room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Minimum stay is 4 weeks however 14 day stays may be considered/. Prices include internet and all bills. The houses are 4/5 bedroom.
