Approximately 9 km from the Central Business District of Melbourne. Other neighbouring suburbs are Ivanhoe, Preston, Reservoir, Rosanna and Eaglemont. The Buses, Train and Trams are within close proximity providing convenient transport within the area and to the Central Business District of Melbourne.

Rooms that can Accommodate up to 3 people in a room are Fully Furnished Rooms (there are only a 6 of these large rooms) all have Ducted Heating & Air Conditioning start from $109, $128, $158 pw including bills and WIFI Internet. Our preferred length of lease is for 12 months / 6 months ( ending lease dates are 18 July or 11^th February)
